Police bust two in Aquebogue drug raid

Two Aquebogue residents were arrested in an early morning drug raid Friday by the East End Drug Task Force.

Executing a narcotics search warrant, law enforcement officers, assisted by K-9 units from Riverhead and Suffolk County police departments, searched the home at 640 Main Road in Aquebogue and discovered “quantities of powder cocaine and crack cocaine,” police said in a press release issued Sunday morning.

Jeremy Wise, 33, and Shanena K.M. Brunsey, 22, both residents of the house, were arrested in the raid. 

Wise was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor. Brunsey was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a class D felony, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
