19 April 2013 3:00 a.m. 7-Eleven 1050 Old Country Rd., Riverhead
DWI
Perez Reyes-Irael, 32, of Hampton Bays, was stopped at a 7-Eleven after he was observed exiting his white 1997 Nissan Altima and stumbling into the store, where he bought beer. Reyes-Irael was stopped after he got back behind the wheel of the car and began to drive erratically through the parking lot.

Warrant Arrest
John Menfi, age unknown, arrested on a Riverhead arrest warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

19 April 2013 4:27 p.m. 3 Aldersgate Dr., Riverhead
Larceny
An unknown person stole two bottles of medication from the location.

19 April 2013 9:59 p.m. 210 Howell Ave., Riverhead
Warrant Arrest
Henry Mills, 21, of Flanders, was arrested on a Riverhead bench warrant, processed and held.

Jesus Cancel, 29, of Riverhead, was arrested on a local warrant, processed and held for arraignment.

20 April 2013 3:00 a.m. E. Second Street/East Avenue, Riverhead
DWI
Amilcar Dubon, 25, of Riverhead, was stopped for failure to maintain his lane of travel in a 1993 red Jeep Cherokee and subsequently found to be intoxicated.

20 April 2013 7:42 a.m. Middle Country Road, Riverhead
Burglary
Detectives are investigating the case where an unknown person entered the location and stole $3,650 worth of tools.

20 April 2013 11:47 a.m. True Religion Brand Jeans
Tanger Outlet Mall, Riverhead
Larceny
Three unknown persons, two male and one female, stole six pairs of jeans, valued at $969.

20 April 2013 2:47 p.m. 22 Locust St., Aquebogue
Burglary
Detectives are investigating the case where unknown person(s) forced open a garage door and stole a snow blower, valued at $700.

20 April 2013 6:46 p.m. Walmart 765 Old Country Rd., Riverhead
Larceny
Tina Costello, 45, of Riverhead, arrested for petit larceny.

20 April 2013 7:09 p.m. Target 1150 Old Country Rd., Riverhead
Larceny
Michelle Schiavoni, 23, of Greenport, was arrested for petit larceny.

20 April 2013 8:28 p.m. Meineke Muffler 937 Old Country Rd., Riverhead
Burglary
Detectives are investigating a case where unknown person(s) entered a door and stole $100.
