09 April 2013 8:48 a.m. 100 C.R. 104, Riverside
Robert Madaia, 25, of Ridge, was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, inadequate/no stop lamps and for an insecure/dirty license plates after being stopped for traffic infractions at the intersection of C.R. 104 and the Riverside traffic circle and subsequently found to have a suspended license.

15 April 2013 9:00 a.m. 234 C.R. 104, Riverhead
Shana Pippin, 27, of Calverton was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear after she was stopped for a broken tail lamp and subsequently found to have an active Southampton Town Justice Warrant.

15 April 2013 9:27 a.m. Peconic Avenue/Main Street, Riverhead
Kashaun Boyton, 20, Riverside, was arrested for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for driving with visibility distorted and for an uninsured motor vehicle after he was stopped for having a cracked windshield and expired inspection sticker and subsequently found his license was suspended Nov. 4, 2012, for failure to pay a fine.

18 April 2013 12:30 p.m. East Street, Flanders
The investigation is ongoing in the burglary of an East Street garage and theft of more than $1000 in auto parts and a claw foot bathtub. At the above date and time, a neighbor said they saw three vehicles in the driveway and out front of the residence, including a green landscape dump truck, a full-size van and sedan.

19 April 2013 7:06 a.m. Flanders Road/Fanning Road, Flanders
Santos Martiniez, 39, of Riverside, was arrested for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument when police discovered he had a forged government ID following a one-car accident.

19 April 2013 7:27 p.m. Lake Avenue, Riverside
Henry Mills, 21, of Riverside, was arrested on an active Riverhead Police Department Warrant after he answered his door at home on Friday evening. Mills, who was known by police to have an active arrest warrant to probation issued March 20, was found at home, arrested, transported to police headquarters, processed and then transported to Riverhead Police Headquarters.

20 April 2013 11:55 p.m. Flanders Road/C.R. 105, Flanders
Byron Hernandez-Tocay, 28, of Flanders, was arrested for DWI, moving from lane unsafely and for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after he failed to maintain his lane while driving a 1997 black Toyota and subsequently found to be intoxicated and unlicensed.

20 April 2013 11:00 p.m., Flanders
Dyshaun Carter, 32, of Flanders, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief after he intentionally damaged the 2001 Oldsmobile belong to his “estranged baby momma” in excess of $250.
