Edward Wilcenski of Riverhead died September 22, 2014. He was 92 years old.
He was born on July 3, 1922 to Alexander Wilcenski and Mary Pauksa. He went on to marry Bertha Doroski and worked as a heating specialist for Suffolk County Public Works.
Predeceased by his daughter, Barabra Mokasson, he is survived by his wife and children, Bernard of Speonk, James of Shelter Island, Denis of Riverhead, Edward of Pennsylvania, Daniel of Southold and Marilyn Gelardi of Maryland. He is also survived by his brothers John and Mitchell Wilcenski, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will recieve visitors on Wednesday, September 24 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home. A service will be held Thursday, September 25 at 11 a.m. at St. Isidore’s Church. Interment will follow at Sacred Hear Cemetery in Cutchogue.
