Kent Animal Shelter held a Happy Howl-O-Ween Party and open house Sunday at its Calverton facility. The organization offered tricks and treats for kids and pets, raffle baskets, and scenic river family pet photos.

Visitors were welcomed by Kent’s pro trainer Kathy Ferraro and given tours of Kent’s renovated kennels and grounds.
