A two-car accident sent one to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries just after 9:45 this morning.
A Ford Fiesta was headed westbound on Route 58 when it collided with an eastbound Chevrolet Cruze turning north onto Osborne Avenue, according to police at the scene.
The male driver of the Ford was transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center by the Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps, according to police. The male driver of the Chevrolet was uninjured.
This is the third MVA this morning with two occurring about an hour before, one of which was fatal.
