Wood working enthusiasts gathered at The Suffolk County Historical Society Saturday for their fourth annual Wooden Wonderland.

The ‘Carvers’ Holiday Show & Sale’ featured Long Island craftspeople and their handmade wooden carvings, most of which were available for purchase. There was also live woodworking demonstrations.

“It’s a great way to engage the community and bring them out to the museum,” Historical Society Director Kathryn Curran said of the event.
