Linda J. Boken of Greenport died at Stony Brook University Medical Center on December 18, 2014. She was 65 years old.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 21st from 4 to 7 p.m. only at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Homes in Southold. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 22nd at 11 a.m. at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church in Greenport. The Rite of Committal will be private.
In place of flowers, donations to The Leukemai & Lymphoma Society, Long Island Chapter, 1324 Motor Parkway, Suite 102, Hauppauge, New York 11749 would be appreciated.
Linda was Postmistress of the East Marion Post Office.
