Former Ridge resident Elsie D. Johnson died on Jan. 11 in Setauket. She was 91.
She was born in Brooklyn on September 29, 1923 to Emil and Anne (nee Johansson) Johnson.
Elsie had been a commercial artist in New York City.
She was predeceased by her sister Ebba Concagh of Cutchogue.
Viewing will begin Tuesday, Jan. 20, at 9:30 a.m. at Mattituck Presbyterian Church. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 10 a.m. at the church, with Pastoral Assistant, Caren Heacock officiating. Interment will take place at New Bethany Cemetery in Mattituck.
