Nicolaos Lambrianides of Mattituck died on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015. He was 78 years old.
He was born in Paphos, Cyprus on March 30, 1936 to Elias and Zenovia (nee Lambros) Lambrianides.
He had been associated with Cathedral Market in NYC before retirement.
Nicolaos was a communicant and parish council member of the Transfiguration of Christ Greek Orthodox Church in Mattituck.
He is survived by his wife, Theofanoulla (nee Eleftheriou) Lambrianides; two sons, Gus and Otto of Bayside, Queens; three brothers, Sokratis, Stelios and Ntinos and three grandchildren.
The family received friends on Friday, January 16th at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck where the Trisagion service was conducted that afternoon. The Divine Liturgy was celebrated on Saturday, January 17th at the Transfiguration of Christ Greek Orthodox Church. Rev. Protopresbyter Jerasimos Ballas officiated. Interment was in the Cutchogue Cemetery.
