Long Island Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Peconic Bay Medical Center are cohosting a Type 1 diabetes meet and greet for information, support and networking on January 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Peconic Bay Medical Center.
Newly diagnosed or been doing this for years? Know a friend, spouse or child with T1D and want to learn more?
Join JDRF and PBMC for this event designed to educate, encourage and empower families and individuals affected by Type 1 diabetes. Representatives from insulin pumps, pens and continuous glucose monitor companies will have products on display. Professionals and experts specializing in T1D management will offer support and resources necessary for navigating a healthy life.
