Winnie F. Ayers-Brown, of Bellport died on February 10, 2015 at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital. She was 67 years old.
She was born on May 24, 1947 in Dillwyn, Virginia to Robert Ayers and Annie Woodson.
Predeceased by her husband Howard Brown in 2010, and her father, Robert Ayers, she is survived by her mother Nannie Ayers, of Riverhead, her children, Angela Booker, of Bellport, Dakota Ayers of Riverhead, Therma Booker of Mastic and Jamie Ayers of Riverhead. She is also survived by a brother, Robert Ayers, of Riverhead, and sisters, Nancy Rose, of Riverhead, Shirley Ayers, of Coram, Barbara Ayers, of Riverhead and Anna Ayers of Riverhead, and by 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, February 20 at 10 a.m. at Friendship Baptist Church. A service will follow at 11 a.m. officiated by Rev. A Charles McElroy. Interment will be at Calverton National Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home.
