A taxi cab attempting to turn left onto eastbound Route 58 from Warner’s plaza was T-boned by a westbound Buick sedan this morning at about 11 a.m.

The female driver of Buick transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center by Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps with a reported knee injury, police said.

The driver of the taxi was uninjured. His cab carried no passengers at the time of the crash.

No additional information was immediately available.
