The Long Island Cares Harry Chapin Food Bank’s fourth annual Pet Legislature Pet Food Drive will be held from February 11 through March 25. Donations can be dropped off at Legislator Krupski’s office at 423 Griffing Avenue in Riverhead between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The most needed items include five or 10 pound bags of dog and cat food, canned food, treats, kitty litter and new pet toys.
Don’t forget hamsters, reptiles, fish and ferrets too!
