Little Flower Children and Family Services will honor Liza Huber Hesterberg and Patrick J. Clarke at its 85th Anniversary celebration to beheld on May 6, 2015.

Held at Guastavino’s, the annual event raises funds for critical programming needs to support Little Flower’s work with children and families in the foster care system in New York, developmentally disabled adults, and elders in the community.

Hesterberg, an award-winning author and CEO/Founder of Sage Spoonfuls, a prized homemade baby food system will be presented the with the Msgr. John T. Fagan Humanitarian Award. She speaks at events across the country helping to inform and inspire people to take action and create healthier, safer environments where children and families can thrive. Liza is also Parent Ambassador for Healthy Child, Healthy World and a featured contributor for Project Nursery and Lifetime Moms.

For over 30 years Patrick J. Clarke and Celtic General Contractors has created showcases within four walls throughout NYC and Long Island for clients ranging from Johnson and Johnson to local non-profits. Clarke’s ability to design, create and build spectacular spaces pales in comparison to his generosity and compassion toward others. Pat, along with his family and staff are big-hearted and supportive. In addition to the patronage they have given to Little Flower over the years, Clarke quietly lent a helping hand and hammer to the victims of Hurricane Sandy by assisting several members of that community to get back on their feet. He will be honored with the Msgr. John T. Fagan Service Award.

Honorary Chairs of the event include Susan Lucci and Helmut Huber, and Co-Chairs are Alex Hesterberg and Barry B. Clarke.

The Awards Dinner, renamed in 2012 in honor of Msgr. John T. Fagan under whose direction Little Flower grew and prospered into one of the largest children’s service agencies in New York State, recognizes individuals and corporations who have made significant contributions to Little Flower, their community and the lives of those less fortunate.
