Business conference for contractors

What is the difference between an employee and an independent contractor? When should sales tax be collected? What has changed in the residential building code for 2015? All of these questions and more will be answered on April 15 at the Contractor’s Business Conference. This event, organized by Riverhead Building Supply, will provide construction business owners with the information and resources needed to successfully meet the challenges of running a business enterprise. The event takes place on Wednesday, April 15, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Southampton Inn, 91 Hill St., Southampton.
