John P. Kasprzyk Jr. died May 22, 2015. He was 57 years old.
Kasprzyk was born on May 1, 1958 in Brooklyn to John Kasprzyk Sr. and Agnes Kasprzyk.
He worked at Quogue Swimming Pool.
He is predeceased by his mother, father and son, John P. Kasprzyk III. He is survived by his wife, Donna; children Joseph, Jason, Kimberly and Harold; grandchildren Anita, Jazmine, Kelsey, Jeremy, Kaitlyn, Daniel, Sean, Joseph Kasprzyk Jr., Taylor Cook, Shannon Bakerak, Shane Bakerak and Steven Haga and great-grandchild, Vanora Brennan.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held May 28 at 5 p.m. at Stotzky Park.
