Riverhead High School’s football discount card is now available at locations around town, offering year-round savings at two dozen local businesses.
The discount card, which costs $10, is a fundraising effort for the high school’s football program in preparation for the coming season.
The card is valid for the next year and does not expire until August 31, 2016. The offers are limited to one use per visit per day.
Here’s a list of all the local discounts:
- All Star Bowling Lounge and Restaurant, Main Road: 10% off
- Burger King, Old Country Road: Buy a whopper, get one free (excluding double whopper)
- Country Rotisserie, Old Country Road: 10% off
- Cliff’s Elbow Room (Riverhead, Laurel, Jamesport locations): $10 off purchase of $50 or more (excluding alcohol)
- Friendly’s, Old Country Road: 10% off
- Hurricane Grill and Wings, County Road 111: 10% off
- J&R’s Steakhouse, Route 25A: Free appetizer or dessert (up to $8.99 value) with purchase of two dinner entrees
- Lighthouse Market and Deli, Meetinghouse Creek Road: 10% off all catering, free 12 ounce coffee with purchase of a breakfast entree
- McDonald’s: Free large sandwich with purchase of same at equal or greater value
- Moe’s Southwestern Grill, Old Country Road: Buy one entree & two drinks, get second entree of equal or lesser value free
- Modell’s Sporting Goods: 10% off total regularly priced purchase*
- Pizza Hut, Old Country Road: 10% off any purchase (excluding alcohol)
- Ralph’s Ice Cream, East Main Street: 15% off
- Riverhead Autowash, Old country Road: $2 off any car wash
- Roadhouse Brickoven Pizza, West Main Street: 10% off
- Safari Adventure, Pulaski Street: $2 off admission
- Strathmore Bagel Café, Old Country Road: 10% off
- Subway: $.50 off a 6 inch sub or $1 off a footlong with purchase of a 30 ounce drink
- Sweet Tart Frozen Yogurt Café, East Main Street: 10% off
- Tanger Outlets: Free coupon booklet
- TGI Friday’s, Old Country Road: $5 off purchase of $20 or more
- Wildwood Bowling Lanes, Lake Avenue: $1 off a game of bowling
- Wine Country Deli, Middle Country Road: Free order of home fries with any breakfast sandwich purchase
- 7 Eleven, Old Country Road: Buy one Slurpee, get one free
The card also provides more than 289,000 discount offers online and in-store at popular national retailers like Target, Costco, Amazon and Ticketmaster.
Football players will be selling the cards this week outside any of the participating local businesses from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Friday. RHS Varsity Football Coach Leif Shea can also be contacted to purchase cards at 631-255-1453.
