Dorothy A. Roache of Laurel died on August 29, 2015. She was 70 years old.
Born on June 21, 1945 in Riverhead, she was the daughter of John and Jennie Bokinz. She graduated from Riverhead High School in 1963.
She was a member of the Mattituck Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed antique car shows, shopping and spending time with her two grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Peter, in 2007, and her brother, John Bokinz.
She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Griffiths of Jamesport, and her grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Coster-Heppner Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Isidore Roman Catholic Church in Riverhead. Interment will follow at St. Isidore Cemetery.
