Matthew Charles Dellaquila of Mattituck died suddenly on November 25, 2015. He was 24 years old.
He was born on February 18, 1991 in Mineola to Frank and Denise (nee Simoni) Dellaquila.
Matthew was a graduate of St. Anthony’s High School in Huntington Station and later attended Merrimack College and graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree of Bachelor of Science.
Surviving are his parents Frank and Denise Dellaquila and a sister Francesca Vita Dellaquila, all of Mattituck.
A memorial mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 4 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel R.C. Church in Mattituck. Monsignor Joseph W. Staudt will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Canine Companions for Independence, P.O. Box 446, Santa Rosa, CA 95402-0446 would be appreciated.
