A two-car crash at the intersection of Route 58 and Mill Road just before 5 p.m. Saturday sent one person to the hospital.
The female driver of a Volkswagen sedan was transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center by Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps. She had non-lifethreatening injuries, police said.
The Volkswagen collided with a Ford Mustang at the intersection. Information about how the crash occurred was not immediately available.
Police cleared the vehicles from the roadway quickly and there was no major disruption in traffic.
