A crash on Main Road in Jamesport send one person to the hospital with minor injuries this morning.
A young woman driving an Oldsmobile sedan eastbound on Route 25 sideswiped a trailer being pulled by a westbound utility truck at about 11:15 a.m., police said.
The woman sustained non-life-threatening injuries, police said. She was transported by Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Peconic Bay Medical Center. She has been arrested, according to police, who could not yet provide information on her identity or the nature of the charges against her.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
