Family and friends of John and Dorothy Bogdan celebrated the couple’s 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Aug. 3 with a party at Riverhead Care Center, followed by Mass at St. Isidore’s Church.
Family members on hand to celebrate were the couple’s son, John Bogdan Jr., his wife, Valerie and their twins, Sophia and Elizabeth; daughter, Sharon Okula, her husband, Kevin and their daughter, Jill; and son, Jeffrey Bogdan, his wife Kathleen, and their children, Jeffrey Jr., Jessica and Marissa.
Many memories and stories of fun times were shared by friends and family, Sharon Okula said.
