Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps held its 35th Annual Installation Dinner Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Sea Star Ballroom in downtown Riverhead. The corps swore in its board of directors and officers and honored top responders, members who reached service milestones, corpsman of the year, rookie of the year and lifesavers. One longtime member was honored with a lifetime achievement award.

Thirty-three year member Betty Harris received a lifetime achievement award. It was only the second such award ever to be given in RVAC history. See separate story.
