DWI ARREST
On Thursday July 19, 2012 at about 9:13 PM on Corwith Ave. in the Hamlet of Bridgehampton, the Southampton Town Police report the arrest of Guido N. Arevalo age 29 , of Bridgehampton, NY. Arevalo was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign, upon investigation he was found to be intoxicated. Arevalo was transported to the Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing, Arevalo was found to also have a Bench Warrant out of the Southampton Town Justice Court for Failing to Appear on prior vehicle and traffic charges. Arevalo was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a Misdemeanor, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, a Misdemeanor, Failing to Stop at Stop Sign, a Violation and Unlicensed Operation, a Violation. Arevalo was held for morning arraignment.

On Thursday, July 19, 2012 at about 11:31 PM on Noyac Rd. in the Hamlet of North Sea, the Southampton Town Police report the arrest of Donald French age 65, of East Quogue, NY. French was involved in a single car accident with a tree. Upon police investigation it was learned that French was intoxicated, he was arrested and transported to the Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing, where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor. French was held for morning arraignment.
