RiverheadLOCAL will host two Facebook Live candidate discussions on Oct. 29 and 30.

The five candidates running for council member seats will meet to discuss the issues on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. Participating will be council candidates Frank Beyrodt, Timothy Hubbard, Diane Tucci, Patricia Snyder and William Van Helmond.

The town supervisor candidates Yvette Aguiar and Laura Jens-Smith will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 7 p.m.

The discussions will be informal and will cover issues such as the future of EPCAL, code enforcement, the town’s offices, courts and police station, and more. Both sessions will be moderated by RiverheadLOCAL editor and publisher Denise Civiletti.

Questions for the candidates should be emailed to the editor by Oct. 27. (Send an email.) Questions from the live audience will be taken during each forum as time permits.

Each session will run about an hour.

The discussions will take place at RiverheadLOCAL’s office in downtown Riverhead.
