2014 0407 movie shoot

Movie extras are wanted for a shoot today at Temple Israel of Riverhead, the temple announced last night.

The movie shoot will most likely be taking place in the afternoon. Anyone interested in participating should be able to spend the entire day on set.

Information provided by Temple Israel:

ABOUT THE FILM:
Jude’s life in New York City is going nowhere. Her career is a joke and her love
life is in shambles. With little else to do, Jude retreats to the Hamptons, where her
father Paul Lombard, legendary crooner of romantic ballads and timeless icon, is
gearing up to make his big comeback. But for Jude, returning home for the first
time in ages means facing her workaholic sister, Paul’s intolerable fifth wife and
worst of all – her father.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for people of all ages to help fill two scenes set at Temple Israel Monday, April 7. No previous acting experience is required.

“This is a great chance for anyone who has ever wanted to spend time on a film set,
or see how a movie is made. Anyone who would like to participate must be able to commit his or her entire day to being on set. Although the scene will not take the entire day to shoot, we need to make sure we won’t lose any extras in case the scene is extended,” the announcement said.

HOW TO APPLY:
If you are interested, have questions, or would simply just like more information,
please contact Mike Herman at paulandjudecasting@gmail.com. The more the
merrier, so feel free to pass the word along to your friends and family. You can all
come as a group and participate in the scene together!
