Anne Evers of Flanders died at her home on June 7, 2012. She was 78 years old.
Predeceased by her husband Louis; she is survived by Louis Evans, Jr. and daughter-in-law Charlene, Barbara Forletti and son-in-law Damian, Pauline Carter and son-in-law Scott and Michael Evers and daughter-in-law Kelly. She was also the proud grandmother of Nicole Evers, Lauren Evers Cariello (and husband Chris), Nicole Brooks, William, Thomas and Matthew Forletti, Griffin and Wyatt Carter, Burke and Ethan Evers, Megan Rehm and Trevor Rehm.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4-7 P.M. only at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck. Burial will be private at St. John’s R.C. Cemetery in Riverhead.
