Anne Micelotta of Riverhead died at the Riverhead Care Center on July 18, 2012. She was 89 years old.
She was born in Manhattan July 28, 1922 to Biagio and Mary Viglietta. She worked as a bookkeeper in an appliance store in Queens and loved to cook.
She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph, on Feb. 20, 2012. She is survived by her sons Joseph of Glen Head and Michael of Massapequa. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
The family will accept visitors Thursday July 19 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home, 336 Marcy Avenue, Riverhead. A funeral service will be held at St. Isidore R.C. Church on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
