Mark C. Conklin, of Southold, died Oct. 29, 2012 at the age of 30.
Formerly of Riverhead, he worked as the chef at the Elbow East in Southold.
The family will receive visitors Sat., Nov. 3 from 7-9 p.m. and Sun, Nov. 4 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at McLaughlin-Heppner Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held Mon. Nov. 5 at 9:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist RC Church in Riverhead. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery.
