Sebastian Ajvix-Xiquin, 37, of Riverhead, charged on Oct. 1, 2012 with possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public; charged on March 12, 2013 with public urination; pleaded guilty as charged; sentence to time served.

Douglas Bates, 49, of Yonkers, charged on March 13, 2013 with disorderly conduct; pleaded guilty as charged; sentenced to time served.

Roshawn Childress, 32, of East Patchogue, charged on Nov. 17, 2012 with driving while intoxicated observed; charged on Nov. 20, 2012 with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated observed and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree; the other charge was dismissed; sentenced to six months in Suffolk County Jail.

Soloman Drayton, 23, of Riverhead, charged on Dec. 5, 2011 with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the third degree; pleaded guilty as charged; adjourned to April 23, 2013 for sentencing.

Patricia Gonzales, 35, of Brooklyn, charged on March 26, 2012 with petit larceny; pleaded guilty as charged; sentenced to three years probation and fined $755.

Florence Ratteray, 60, of Patchogue, charged on Jan. 5, 2011 with grand larceny in the third degree; pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree; fined $255.

Kelly Scott, 51, of Riverhead, charged on May 14, 2012 with petit larceny; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; fined $250.

Andrew Stulsky, 40, of New Suffolk, charged on June 17, 2012 with driving while ability impaired by drugs; charged on June 20, 2011 with public lewdness and disorderly conduct; pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired by drugs; the other charges were dismissed; sentenced to three years probation.

Krista Thorsen, 22, of East Moriches, charged on Sept. 8 2012 with petit larceny, false personation and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; the other charges were dismissed; fined $250.

WARRANTS

Stefano Dibenedetto, 45, of Riverhead, charged on May 24, 2012 with vehicle and traffic law infractions; bench warrant issued.

Deshana Miles, 21, of Aquebogue, charged on March 3, 2012 and Dec. 30, 2011 with petit larceny; bench warrant issued.

Miguel Rojas-Decker, 22, of Riverhead, charged on Feb. 26, 2013 with petit larceny; arrest warrant issued.

Octavious Rose, 17, of Riverhead, charged on March 7, 2013 with petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana; arrest warrant issued.

INDICTMENTS

Thomas Miles, 45, of Riverhead, charged on Jan. 15, 2012 with driving while intoxicated observed and refusal to take breath test; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

DISMISSALS

William Francis, 24, of Mastic Beach, charged on Dec. 21, 2012 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument; dismissed.

Douglas Carbone, 58, of Wading River, charged on June 16, 2012 with aggravated driving while intoxicated .18% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated; the other charge was dismissed; fined $1,100.

Brian Detmer, 27, of Riverhead, charged on Jan. 1, 2013 with driving while intoxicated .09% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired; the other charge was dismissed; fined $660.

WARRANTS

Melissa Friedel, 27, of Amityville, charged on Sept. 12, 2012 with violation of probation; bench warrant issued.

William McField, 43, of Bayside, charged on Feb. 5, 2013 with criminal facilitation in the fourth degree and 10 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree; bench warrant issued.

Katina McGee, 36, of Bayshore, charged on April 17, 2012 with vehicle and traffic law infractions; bench warrant issued.

INDICTMENTS

Jeffrey Despeines, 21, of Centereach, charged on Feb. 13, 2013 with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

DISMISSALS

Marcus Belcher, 21, of Riverhead, charged on Oct. 17, 2012 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, criminal possession of marihuana in the fifth degree, unlawful possession of marihuana; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.
