Richard Grimes, 24, of Miller Place, charged on March 23, 2012 with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation and harassment in the second degree; bench warrant issued.

Jessica Walsh, 25, of Selden, charged on Feb. 4, 2012 with assault in the third degree; bench warrant issued.

Alfred Cowell, 32, of Riverhead, charged on May 26, 2011 with resisting arrest; pleaded guilty as charged; sentenced to 30 days in Suffolk County Jail concurrent to another judgement and fined a surcharge of $205.

Mark Goode, 39, on Flanders, charged on Aug. 8, 2011 with open alcohol; pleaded guilty as charged; sentenced to time served.

Mark Moritz, 42, of Wading River, charged on Nov. 12, 2011 with driving while intoxicated .15%, driving while intoxicated observed and vehicle and traffic law infractions; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated .15%; adjourned to Aug. 14, 2012 for sentencing. 

Cassandra Dayton, 25, of Jamesport, charged on March 11, 2012 with driving while intoxicated .12%, driving while intoxicated observed and a vehicle and traffic law infraction; pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired; other charges dismissed in the interest of justice; fined $660. 

Amanda Moreau, 25, of Brooklyn, charged on Dec. 23, 2010 with petit larceny, possession of burglar tools, endangering the welfare of a child and bribery in the third degree; pleaded guilty to petit larceny and possession of burglar tools; other charges dismissed; sentenced to three yard probation and fined $700.

Marquis Nolan, 21, of Laurel, charged on Dec. 12, 2011 with two counts of petit larceny; pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct; other charge dismissed; fined $250.

Samantha Vanostrand, 31, of Wyandanch, charged on April 28, 2010 with petit larceny; pleaded guilty as charged; sentenced to five months in Suffolk County Jail concurrent with county court sentence and fined a surcharge of $205.

Jonathan Zaneski, 30, of Wading River, charged on Oct. 11, 2011 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; fined $250.

WARRANTS

Donald Dicostanzo, 49, of Bridgehampton, charged on Dec. 30, 2009 with vehicle and traffic law infractions; bench warrant issued.

Scott Evans, 20, of Riverhead, charged on April 20, 2012 with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, resisting arrest and unlawfully dealing with fireworks; charged on Mach 22, 2012 with a vehicle and traffic law infraction; bench warrant issued.

DISMISSALS

Michael Clinco, 47, of Baiting Hollow, charged on May 17, 2011 with petit larceny; charged on May 18, 2011 with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree; charges dismissed, defendant deceased.

Dawn Kennedy, 52, of Riverhead, charged on April 7, 2012 with open alcohol; pleaded guilty as charged; fined $100.

Domingo Silva-Navarro, 23, of Riverhead, charged on April 7, 2012 with endangering the welfare of a child; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to time served and fined $125.

WARRANTS

Michael Murray, 42, of Wading River, charged on Nov. 29, 2011 with a vehicle and traffic law infraction; bench warrant issued.

DISMISSALS

Oscar Cruz, 22, of Riverhead, charged on Sept. 9, 2011 with unlawful possession of marijuana; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

Kevin Sharapata, 42, of Shirley, charged on April 30, 2012 with grand larceny in the fourth degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

Santos Gonzalez, 36, of Riverhead, charged on Oct. 16, 2011 with driving while intoxicated observed and other vehicle and traffic law infractions; bench warrant issued.

Bulmaro Dominguez-Sanchez, 39, of Riverhead, charged on April 5, 2012 with harassment in the second degree; bench warrant issued.

Maryann Galvin, 59, of Cutchogue, charged on Aug. 1, 2011 with petit larceny; bench warrant issued.

Samantha Gormez, 21, of Riverhead, charged on Jan. 24, 2012 with criminal mischief in the fourth degree; charged on April 24, 2012 with vehicle and traffic law infractions; bench warrant issued.

Eugene Gotch, 41, of Middle Island, charged on Oct. 28, 2011 with petit larceny; charged on July 26, 2005 with a vehicle and traffic law infraction; bench warrant issued. 

Anthony Steward, 44, of Westhampton Beach, charged on Feb. 23, 2012 with three counts of issuing a bad check; bench warrant issued.
