Letesha Nash, 24, of Riverhead, charged on August 22, 2012 with criminal mischief in the fourth degree; charged on August 30, 2012 with harassment in the second degree; arrest warrant issued.

Fernando Morales, 32, of Hampton Bays, charged on April 9, 2012 with driving while intoxicated .13% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated .13%; sentenced to time served, a one year license revocation and fined $400; charged on July 16, 2012 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, driving while intoxicated .14%, driving while intoxicated observed and refusal to take breath test; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated .14% and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree; sentenced to 60 days in Suffolk County Jail, a six month license revocation and fined $400.

WARRANTS

Robert Galatro, 20, of Coram, charged on June 17, 2011 with vehicle and traffic law infractions; bench warrant issued.

INDICTMENTS

Alfredo Chitay-Concoba, 36, of Peconic, charged on August 24, 2012 with two counts of criminal contempt in the first degree, criminal trespass in the second degree and harassment in the second degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

Kyle Stoddard, 21, of Manorville, charged on July 2, 2012 with burglary and third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree; dismissed her indictment by grand jury.

Dorothea Hyde, 45, of Medford, charged on September 17, 2011 with assault and third degree; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; fined $250.

Crystal Johnson, 30, of Shirley, charged on April 7, 2012 with petit larceny; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; fined $250.

Mark Moritz, 42, of Wading River, charged on November 12, 2011 with driving while intoxicated .15% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated .15%; the other charge was dismissed in the interest of justice; sentenced to probation and fined $1,000.

Donald Oliver, 37, of Riverhead, charged on February 19, 2011 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, driving while intoxicated .08% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated .08%; the other charges were dismissed; adjourned to November 21, 2012 for sentencing.

Darris Reddick, 43, of Riverhead, charged on October 27, 2011 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, resisting arrest and driving while ability impaired .06%; pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and driving while ability impaired .06%; the other charge was dismissed; sentenced to six months in Suffolk County Jail and fined $380.

Philip Rutha, 47, of North Babylon, charged on June 24, 2012 with petit larceny; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; fined $250.

WARRANTS

Juanita Allston, 37, of Riverhead, charged on December 7, 2012 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree; charged on September 20, 2011 with petit larceny; bench warrant issued.

Michael Barry, 26, of Aquebogue, charged on January 20, 2011 and April 18, 2012 with harassment in the second degree, charged on January 4, 2011 with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, charged on March 14, 2011 with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal contempt in the second degree, charged on December 29, 2010 and March 19, 2011 with vehicle and traffic Law infractions; bench warrant issued.

Brian Bifulco, 44, of Shirley, charged on August 19, 2012 with petit larceny; arrest warrant issued.

Kimberly Delrio, 22, of East Hampton, charged on August 22, 2007 with petit larceny; bench warrant issued.

Sharon Young, 33, of Riverhead, charged on July 15, 2011 with vehicle and traffic Law infractions; bench warrant issued.

INDICTMENTS

Michael Dellauniversita, 32, of West Islip, charged on May 14, 2011 with robbery in the third degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

Christopher Magee, 39, of Riverhead, charged on June 20, 2012 with conspiracy in the second degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

Radames Melendez Sr., 60, of Bronx, charged on June 13, 2012 with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.
