Sandra Jean Puccio, 60, of Cutchogue, charged on June 23, 2012 with driving while intoxicated .09%, driving while intoxicated observed and refusal to take breath test; pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired; the other charges were dismissed in the interest of justice; fined $660.

Ashlee Scott, 20, of Medford, charged on December 3, 2010 with grand larceny and petit larceny; pleaded guilty to two counts of petit larceny; the other charge was dismissed; sentenced to time served and fined $510.

Mark Sims, 42, of Riverhead, charged on July 22, 2012 with driving while intoxicated observed, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and refused to take breath test; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated observed and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree; the other charge was dismissed in the interest of justice; sentenced to 90 days in Suffolk County Jail and fined $1,485.

Anthony Zanieski, 66, of Calverton, charged on May 28, 2012 with driving while intoxicated .13% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated .13%; the other charge was dismissed; adjourned to October 16, 2012 for sentencing.

WARRANTS

James Hlavaty, 34, of Riverhead, charged on September 25, 2011 and December 20, 2011 with petit larceny, charged on June 29, 2012 with open alcohol; bench warrant issued.

Nicholas Savino, 32, of Riverhead, charged on July 13, 2012 with harassment in the second degree, charged on July 23, 2011 with prohibited acts sound reproduction, charged on July 12, 2012 with alcohol consumption in vehicle and charged on December 28, 2011 and December 23, 2010 with vehicle and traffic law infractions; arrest warrant issued.

Lynda Zolner, 24, of Hampton Bays, charged on October 12, 2011 and February 1, 2010 with vehicle and traffic law infractions; bench warrant issued.

INDICTMENTS

Edward Curry, 37, of Riverhead, charged on May 24, 2012 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

Anibal Orrego, 32, of Riverhead, charged on July 4, 2012 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, driving while intoxicated .15%, driving while intoxicated observed, criminal impersonation in the second degree and refusal to take breath test; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.

DISMISSALS

Samantha Gormez, 21, Riverhead, charged on January 24, 2012 with criminal mischief in the fourth degree; dismissed.

Luis Vargas, 43, of Mastic, charged on May 8, 2012 with four counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, four counts of identity theft and third degree and one count of forgery in the third degree; pleaded guilty to four counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and one count of identity theft third degree; the other charges were dismissed; adjourned to October 1, 2012 for sentencing.

Allen Braswell Jr., 28, of Riverhead, charged on July 18, 2012 with harassment in the second degree; bench warrant issued.

Christopher Citera, 26, of Yaphank, charged on June 15, 2011 with a vehicle and traffic law infraction; bench warrant issued.

Todd Dawson, 42, of Southold, charged on March 6, 2012 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, driving while impaired by drugs and driving while impaired observed; dismissed-deceased.
