Johanna Morales, 23, of Flanders, arrested for disorderly conduct after cursing at officers several times in a neighborhood with children and families outside.

An unknown person cut a window screen at a residence and entered. It appears that the subject was only inside for a short time.

Albert Zachery arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.

23 July 2012 2:47 p.m. County Route 51/Lake Avenue, Riverside
Arrest
Denzel T. Faines, 21, of Medford, arrested after a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Country Route 51 and Lake Avenue, where it was discovered that his license was suspended. The defendant was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and a vehicle and traffic law infraction. Further investigation revealed the defendant to be under the influence of drugs. A charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs was added.

An unknown subject took a flashlight and license plates from a white 1993 Jeep that was parked in the complainant's driveway. The subject also took a grey and red Mongoose mountain bike from the backyard.

An unknown person removed a chrome bike with red and black stripes valued at $100.

24 July 2012 10:28 p.m. Shamrock Gas Station, 301 Flanders Road, Riverside
Menacing 2nd, criminal mischief 4th
An unknown white male entered the store to buy cigarettes. Upon being asked for ID, the suspect became angry, began cursing at the complainant and walked out. When the suspect reentered and was asked to asked to leave, the suspect took out a knife and waved it at the complainant. Before pulling away in his vehicle, the suspect threw a metal pipe and broke a glass door.

John H. Ward, 51, of Flanders, arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

An unknown person removed $1000 cash from the complainant's residence; investigation to continue.

Thomas P. Donohue arrested on multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. Defendant was observed attempting to evade a safety check point when it was discovered that his license was suspended 26 times; the defendant was remanded to Suffolk County Jail on bail.

27 July 2012 6:42 p.m. Old Quogue Road/Pine Street, Riverside
Arrest
Malik J. Allen, 26, of Mastic, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, unlicensed operator and excessive noise. Police said the defendant is known to be a member of the Bloods street gang.

Anthony D. Jenkins, 47, of Riverhead, arrested after attempting to flee from an officer on bicycle. The defendant fled for a short distance before almost falling off his bike and was apprehended. A search subsequent to arrest found the defendant to be in possession of a crack pipe and a small quantity of cocaine; defendant processed and held for arraignment.

There were 39 cases of criminal mischief reported in which residence mailboxes were damaged. Incidents were reported on Trout Brook Ln., Shade Tree Ln., Herricks Ln., Linda Avenue and Sound Shore Road. See story.

Tammy L. Cipriano, 44, of Riverside arrested for prostitution and public lewdness.

Arrest
Carlos Gonzalez-Leverman, 26, of Riverhead, arrested for patronizing prostitute in the third degree. The defendant was observed by police in the bushes off Flanders Road having sex with Tammy Cipriano, 44, of Riverside. Cipriano reports charging Gonzalez-Leverman for sexual intercourse and Gonzalez-Leverman reports paying Cipriano $20 for sex.

Lisa Slackford, 29, of Mastic Beach, provided officers with several different names and birth dates when asked for ID, including that of her sister, who has four warrants; defendant arrested for criminal impersonation in the second degree, false personation and open container.

29 July 2012 12:29 a.m. Ludlam Avenue, Riverside
Arrest
Cynthia Massenburg, 47, of Riverside, was arrested subsequent to a traffic stop during which she was found to be in possession of several crack pipes, hashish and marijuana. Defendant arrested for for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and a vehicle and traffic law infraction.
