PLEAS
Juana Francisco, 27, of Riverhead, charged on January 7, 2012 with driving while intoxicated .16% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated .16%; the other charge was dismissed in the interest of justice; sentenced to three years probation, a six-month license revocation and fined $1000.
Oscar Hernandez-Sucup, 25, of Hampton Bays, charge on June 23, 2012 with aggravated driving while intoxicated .18% and driving while intoxicated observed; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated; the other charges were dismissed in the interest of justice; adjourned to September 17, 2012 for sentencing.
WARRANTS
Maria Alvarez-Nunez, 32, of Riverhead, charged on July 3, 2012 with harassment in the second degree; arrest warrant issued.
Jonathan Pressley, 21, of Southampton, charged on April 29, 2012 with harassment in the second degree; bench warrant issued.
Marie Thorner, 53, of Calverton, charged on May 28, 2012 with criminal contempt in the first degree and harassment in the second degree; bench warrant issued.
INDICTMENTS
Darren Graziano, 46, of Bessemer City, NC, charged on June 24, 2012 with two counts of driving while intoxicated observed; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.
Daniel McCloud, 31, of Riverhead, charged on July 12, 2012 with rape in the first degree; dismissed per indictment by grand jury.
