Congratulations Ciara Seymore on being named to the dean's list at SUNY Cortland...
Bill and Shanneikqua Tolliver wish to congratulate their daughter Ciara Seymore, a Junior at SUNY Cortland for making the dean's list for the Fall 2011 semester. Ciara is attending Cortland for a dual certification in TESOL (teaching English to speaker of another language) and Spanish.
Ciara is also being inducted into Cortland's 2011 Tau Sigma(National Honor Society for Transfer students). Ciara's induction into this Honor Society is based on her 3.67 GPA, as well as, being in the top 20 percent of all transfer students at Cortland.
She speaks fluent Spanish and is currently teaching English to students in foreign countries through a Skype program at Cortland. Ciara is a 2009 graduate of Riverhead High School.
Congratulations Ciara! Your Nana Maisie could not be more proud of you and your accomplishments.
